Should corporations be entitled to the same legal rights as individuals? where should the line be drawn?
Corporations have been held responsable for damaging the world in many different ways, for explample environmental issues, labor abuses, etc. they are known for making people work a lot for a very little amount of money, and for moving around to whatever country has the cheapest labor force, this can be seem as exploitation and they should pay for that.
Corporations can be entitled to some legal rights iqual to the ones people have but corpotarions cant respond the same way as humans. for instance corporations can respond to its responsibilities with money by paying fines and things like that but they cant go to jail for example thats something only individuals can do and the individuals inside the corporations should not be held responsible for the corporations actions at least not all of them.

What is the relationship between national identity and corporate culture?
to understan their relationship first we have to understand what they mean.
national identity is a set of specific chacarteristics that people inside a group share, or not. When we talk about national identity we immediately think about people from a certain nation, with qualities that make them similar, but it doesnt mean they think equally or have the exact same behavior.
on the other hand, corporate culture refers to the values and traditions that reflect the vision of the company, this customs can influence the ethic the managers use when managing the corporation
In my opinion the relationship between national identity and corporate culture is that the corporate culture is very influenced by the national identity, this happens because the owners, manager and any other decision maker of the company, either belongs to the same national identity, or have to adjust to that identity and respect it so they can work together. The characteristics they share are reflected in the corporation and in the workers as well shaping the corporate culture.
